Please understand that we are not responsible for any damage while not in our possession, this includes during the tanning process, shipping, and after delivery. However, in the rare event damage does occur, we will do everything reasonable to rectify the damage.

Deposit required on all shoulder, 1/2 life size and life size mounts prior to the start of any work.

All deposits are non-refundable

Balance is due, in full, when work is completed.

Mounts not paid for in full, and picked up within 30 days of notification, will be subject to a 2.0% daily interest rate until paid in full.

Mounts not paid for in full and picked up, after 60 days of notification, will be forfeited by the customer and made available for sale.
